The old tannery of Josep Pelfort was built in 1917. Designed by the architect Josep Pausas i Coll, its modernist façade is outstanding. It was renovated in 1995 by the architect Josep Ollé i Ribé as dwellings. Protected as a Local Site of Cultural Interest (BCIL, in Catalan).
