Built in 1919 as a tannery and converted into housing by the architect Josep Pausas I Coll in 1925, it is part of a series of important tanneries on the same street: the Ramon Miquel i Jorba tannery (at no. 22-24), Albareda y Miquel (no. 23), Magí Martí Segarra (no. 25), Valls Carol (no. 28), Pielsa (no. 13). Protected as a Local Site of Cultural Interest.
